I’m working on a piece that roughly is “The Fermi Paradox, but for AI.” Has anyone seen actual examples of generative AI positively transforming an organization or process? What has it made a lot better? I want the best exemplars of this thing—if they exist—with data to back up the claims of transformation. Anything you’ve heard of would be appreciated.
My sister told me that chatGPT helped her a lot to drop text from nutritional labels - nutritional values and allergen info. She used it as OCR tool. I’m not sure if she knows about normal OCR tools, though 
She, of course checked everything and all that. She’s a VP of a big hotel, and she claims that it was a huge help.
