Hey folks, I’m Eccles 31y/o software engineer from Australia. Been working as a dev professionally for 10 years, the last 7 has been with infosec products at RiskIQ and then Microsoft till they made me redundant last year. Currently at a stealth AI (sigh) startup still in the security space
Some of the stuff Ive worked on that I’m most proud of:
- Mass Scanning infrastructure that drove our open port insights in passive total/community riq/MDTI (technically had a mention in a greynoise article but not in a way I can reference or elaborate
) - OSINT ingestion and authoring pipelines that fed into our Intel feeds (before it was “upgraded” to ai processing)
- JS change monitoring engine for when we were responding supply chain based magecart threat detection needs
I really like this initiative of a semi formalised way of Intel sharing, if I ever get my honeypot ideas off the ground this would be a nice place to share them.
Besides all that I’m kindve an easy stereotype, I like video games, anime, vtubers, and long walks in the bush. In another life I stream a little on twitch
