Hey all! I hope you’ve found IFIN’s first month of operation valuable. We’re still finding our feet, but I believe we’re already starting to meet a need for the security community, perhaps one missing for some time. And we’re just getting started.
Two small announcements as we move into our second month:
Donations
While IFIN is a lightweight organization, we do have operational expenses (and plans to build). We’ve added a “Support” link to the navigation sidebar, which leads to our Donorbox page. If you’re finding this place valuable, please consider supporting us.
MISP
Still early days, but our MISP Feed is online! As new intelligence comes in, we’ll do our best to convert usable IoCs into entries in MISP. We won’t do this for all reports, especially major cyber events that have the same entries elsewhere. But anything IFIN generates organically will be added for wider tool ingestion.
You can find the feed at https://misp.ifin.network/feed (/manifest.json for manual review).
That’s it for now, but expect more community engagement and information about what’s next coming soon. Thank you for being here and participating in the mission.
