Question About Types of Acceptable Posts

I didn’t see this in the Community Guidelines, and I apologize if this question has already been answered elsewhere that I couldn’t find.

What types of posts are the community expecting? For instance, I dug into a phishing e-mail I received yesterday. Phishing e-mails are not notable, but the fake Google login page that the e-mail linked to actually had some pretty interesting elements in its page source. I was thinking about drafting a blog post of what I’ve found and sharing it here, but that’s not exactly CTI.

Would a post of that nature (or even maybe malware analysis of an interesting sample) be acceptable in this forum? If so, what category would it fall under?

I don’t speak for anyone but myself, but this is the exact kind of content that I want to see.

It is CTI, and that is exactly what we’re looking for!

We’re still working on “What to post” and Styleguides, etc., but a good rule of thumb is “Would I want to know about this if someone else had found it?”
