Reflected noise

A brief summary:
A ubiquiti UDM is the border between a dedicated circuit via coaxial, over the last few weeks there’s been an immense amount of interference on the line, which is causing outages on the circuit itself.

We, being the ISP and myself looked at the components (ethernet and power cables) and tested them individually, replacing cables and even power sources, whenever I bring the ubiquiti back in line, there is a standing reflected wave going OUT —- to the service provider which I really want to stop from happening.

We switched the router and the problem stopped occurring.

However the router I used to test is not a ubiquiti product and won’t fit my current use case.

So what I’m hoping for is:
Ideas that might be causing the ubiquiti to behave the way it is.
Recommended actions to potentially resolve the issues which is as far as I know isolated to the ubiquiti.
What might help to get an RMA for equipment.

All hardware, software and firmware on the Official versions and up to date.

The first instance of this occurred on 3 March.
The screenshot below shows the side lobe that’s being reflected back to the provider, way above the noise floor, which is likely causing the outages to occur.

So this issue is still happening, but the good news is Ubiquiti has escalated the ticket to some degree higher than the first tier of support.

It’s only this piece of equipment and it does not go away if I use shielded twisted pair cabling.

However the problem does go away if I use a different piece of hardware.

Wait which side is the reflected noise? 2 MHz or 10?
